• Building a positive work environment for all IHG colleagues throughout their career with us \u2013 from onboarding, to training and promotions, through to exit<\/li>\n
• Leading, educating and training the wider team and General Manager on people issues and HR disciplines to enhance performance<\/li>\n
• Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate team members to provide our hotel guests with unique experiences<\/li>\n
• Overseeing day-to-day HR management, reporting and filing and identifying process areas for attention<\/li>\n
• Identifying and analysing the local market to ensure our own offering remains competitive<\/li>\n
• Enhancing our hotels\u2019 reputation in the local community and beyond, and promoting team member involvement in the local community\u202f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What We need from you:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent\u202f<\/li>\n
  • Four years of related experience in\u202fHR \u2013 supervisory experience is also beneficial<\/li>\n
  • Professional HR designation preferred<\/li>\n
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all\u202fHR-related matters\u202f<\/li>\n
  • Must speak local language(s)\u202f<\/li>\n
  • Other languages preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
