An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing of ERP system. <\/p>\n

Responsibilities <\/p>\n

• Business process reengineering and leading the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration. <\/li>\n
• Monitor the cost, calculate the number of resources for the project and deploy it for the project.<\/li>\n
• Understand departments requirements and design a comprehensive strategy for achieving the successful outcome of the project.<\/li>\n
• Develop good communication with the respective implementation partner, <\/li>\n
• End to End management and coordination of the project and responsible for the successful implementation.<\/li>\n
• Prepare ERP blueprint<\/li>\n
• Arrange all the facilities to the team who are working on the project, provide training, support and extract the best out of the team.<\/li>\n
• Solve complex problems which arise in the ERP implementation and responsible for the outcome and finish the project with great quality and on time.<\/li>\n
• Design a schedule for the project set a timeline for each member of the team and delegate the specific tasks to each member of the project.<\/li>\n
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time.<\/li>\n
• Predict risk factors and eliminate them for the successful completion of the project.<\/li>\n
• Frequent reporting about the project progress. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Basic Qualifications:<\/p>\n

  • 7+ years of ERP implementation experience working directly with ERP solution partners, Operations, R&D, Quality, and Finance teams in a cross-functional environment<\/li>\n
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience<\/li>\n
  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in computer science or related field<\/li>\n
  • Mastery level in business process engineering (services industry)<\/li>\n
  • Experience designing, building, configuring and deploying scalable, highly available systems<\/li>\n
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages and business processes.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of general accounting rules<\/li>\n
  • Reports to senior management on deployment plans, project deliverables, and related matters<\/li>\n
  • Experience managing projects with external vendors, cross-functional teams, designing and implementing sustainable processes<\/li>\n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous\/undefined problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
