Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for HR development in Qatar<\/li>\n
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and HR partners<\/li>\n
• Assist with the development of long-term HR planning and development strategies and goals for Qatar<\/li>\n
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives for employees<\/li>\n
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials related to HR planning and development projects<\/li>\n
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and other events to represent the HR department and to gather feedback and input from stakeholders<\/li>\n
