We are looking for a talented, mission-driven professional to work closely with a multidisciplinary business operations team as an (ERP \/ IT Systems Administrator) focused on successful scoping, implementation, operation and ongoing ERP system administration. The individual filling this position will collaborate with the finance, accounting, operations, HR, and engineering teams to configure and continuously monitor and improve the ERP and other business systems.<\/p>\n

Work will be based on the company\u2019s Amman office but for the remote assistance of ERP \/ IT operations in Saudi Arabia offices.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

– Maintain essential ERP system operations including, but not limited to, HR, sales, projects, and accounting tasks.<\/p>\n

– Monitor performance and support the functionality enhancement of ERP operations and outputs according to management requirements<\/p>\n

– Set up and schedule system and custom on-demand reports as required<\/p>\n

– Support and train users on daily ERP tasks, operations and overall navigation<\/p>\n

– Troubleshoot integration and data exchange issues with related operations<\/p>\n

– Create and maintain process and procedure documentation<\/p>\n

– Perform system administration tasks including user administration, security permissions, resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly<\/p>\n

– Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls<\/p>\n

– Perform routine\/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups<\/p>\n

– Participate in continuous evaluation and improvement of software tools to best satisfy business and security requirements<\/p>\n

Interact with the company teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed<\/p>\n

– Ensure that IT infrastructure and networking are always up and running<\/p>\n

– Represent the company in front of external ERP\/IT and programming services providers for systems development, maintenance and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n

Job Specifications \/ Qualifications and Requirements:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 (Essential): Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field (essential).<\/p>\n

\u00b7 (Essential): 2 -3 years of related experience as a System Administrator or equivalent role.<\/p>\n

Note: Any experience less or more than the required above will not be considered.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Computer proficiency in various software business applications and related infrastructure systems experience required.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Understanding of core business processes related to accounting, sales, HR and project management.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Experience with SQL database management or similar applications<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Excellent attention to detail<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Project management experience<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Strong written and verbal communication<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision<\/p>\n
