To execute video shooting and production activities for classes presented by teachers at Jo Academy, and performing the process in the best quality and efficiency.<\/p>\n

Tasks and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u25cf Developing creative solutions for addressing Jo Academy programs through audiovisual assets. \u25cf Scheduling and organizing appointments for shooting as per the agreements with the teachers and the availability. \u25cf Executing shoots on site\/on location including audio, camera operation and talent directions. \u25cf Handling assignments requiring special lighting, multiple locations, creativity, and special audio needs. \u25cf Assessing possible obstacles in filming and providing solutions or alternatives. \u25cf Ensuring consistency and relevance to production, and monitoring technical quality of the end product. \u25cf Planning and performing video pre\/ post-production tasks, including reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, logging, rough cuts, audio adjustment, and other related activities. \u25cf Producing videos as requested by Jo Academy, including defining objectives, shooting in studio and remote locations, and conversion of existing video formats for video editing. \u25cf Uploading the final deliverables in normal resolution into Jo Academy's website. \u25cf Communicating a copy of each final deliverable to the assigned production personnel, in order to upload it in 4K resolution. \u25cf Coordinating regularly with teachers, maintaining excellent relationships, and fulfilling their requirements and needs. <\/p>\n

\u25cf Coordinating regularly with the IT personnel regarding any technical issues. \u25cf Performing all activities in accordance with set policies and guidelines. \u25cf Staying abreast of advances in videography through self-development, training, and research. \u25cf Assuming additional responsibilities as requested.<\/p>\n
