• Work with the management team to develop a culture of efficiency, empowerment, and teamwork<\/li>\n
• Implement systems in which talent, knowledge, and achievements yield employee recognition, promotion, and reward<\/li>\n
• Develop a national development program to accelerate the development of UAE Nationals<\/li>\n
• Manage the Performance Development Framework for our client and ensure every employee has clear and consistent targets with the Business Plan<\/li>\n
• Produce the HR budget in collaboration with various departments<\/li>\n
• Responsible for ensuring compensation and recognition packages reward employees appropriately and are aligned to company aims<\/li>\n
• Conduct voluntary coaching sessions for individuals with skill gaps and coaching needs<\/li>\n
• Responsible for renewal negotiation and management of the organization\u2019s employee insurance policies<\/li>\n
• Manage full recruitment cycle for the organization<\/li>\n
• Responsible for review, development and application of Employee Policies and Procedures Manual, including benefits, and employment terms and conditions of service<\/li>\n
• Manage onboarding of new employees including residence visas and induction process<\/li>\n
• Work closely with department heads on matters concerning HR, People, Punctuality, Grievances, disciplinary matters etc.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for the design and delivery of information sessions to managers on HR and general management good practices<\/li>\n
• Responsible for managing monthly payroll process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Criteria:<\/p>\n

  • Professional HR qualification (CIPD preferable)<\/li>\n
  • Degree in relevant field e.g., Management, Human Resources would be an added advantage<\/li>\n
  • Only candidates with a proven track record (5 years\u2019 experience as a Manager) in Change Management, L&D and Talent Development will be considered \u2013 they are not looking for a generalist Head of HR<\/li>\n
  • Proven ability to engage with senior managers to deliver HR initiatives<\/li>\n
  • Ability to move between operational and strategic matters easily<\/li>\n
  • Experience of presenting to groups of staff<\/li>\n
  • Excellent written and spoken English<\/li>\n
  • Must currently reside in the UAE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
