Job Description: <\/p>\n

Track, analyze, and improvise the key maintenance parameters like asset list, asset utilization schedule compliance, predictive and preventive maintenance.<\/p>\n

Provide recommendations to enhance maintainability, reliability along with a focus to minimize the maintenance cost review & improve existing maintenance practices and develop new methods & standards for further improvement.<\/p>\n

Ensure all engineering initiatives, processes, and projects are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives and are as per the defined procedures.<\/p>\n

Ensure PM activities of all equipment, healthiness of Fire system and HVAC system in accordance with Oman ROP requirements, and ISO renewal & compliance including all records update.<\/p>\n

Maintain healthiness of NG system and other tasks as required.<\/p>\n

Clean and organized.<\/p>\n
