• Control over all activities in stores<\/li>\n
• Ensure storing both as to quality and quantity of materials.<\/li>\n
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.<\/li>\n
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.<\/li>\n
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all inventory documentation<\/li>\n
• Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof.<\/li>\n
• Check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the purchase department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places and issue the Goods Received Voucher(GRV)<\/li>\n
• Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.<\/li>\n
• Record bulks and new cylinders deliveries<\/li>\n
• Reporting stock level<\/li>\n
• Safety stock level list<\/li>\n
• SAP<\/li>\n
• Inventory management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    5. Follow all EH&S training requirements for Distribution personnel, all equipment and procedures to ensure that products are delivered to the customer expectations, having met all relevant company and international standards<\/li>\n
    6. Participate in any CI event as requested by line supervisor.<\/li>\n
    7. Report NCRs and to ensure compliance with the ERP procedures<\/li>\n
    8. Monitor the operating equipment and keep them running well.<\/li>\n
    9. Ensure the reliability of supply to customer.<\/li>\n
    10. Execute Supervisor\u2019s direction and provide feedback.<\/li>\n
    11. Keep effective communications with Operations, Sales, customers, etc.<\/li>\n
