  • Manage a team of Financial Analyst and Cost Accountants on the daily operational activities.<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for the preparation of periodical financial statements, board presentation summaries, management reports, and other cost-benefit analysis.<\/li>\n
  • Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand the company\u2019s performance.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate the rollout of financial planning and annual budgeting in coordination and cooperation with medical and non-medical departments.<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate the current accounting practices and entries to drive continuous improvement in reporting.<\/li>\n
  • Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor financial details to ensure that legal obligations are met.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Provide financial trends, KPIs, and other analysis to support management\u2019s decisions.<\/li>\n
  • Work with various stakeholders in formulation of pricing strategies.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with IT to identify process improvement opportunities that would impact financial results.<\/li>\n
  • Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with doctors and clinical staff in establishing new services, including external and visiting doctor packages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
