Main responsibilities:<\/p>\n
– Warm and enthusiastic greetings to all guests of all ages.<\/p>\n
– Responsible for ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.<\/p>\n
– Supervising children.<\/p>\n
– Highlighting potential hazards to manager.<\/p>\n
– Prepare, supervise, and conduct school visit and other events.<\/p>\n
– Responsible for updating and maintaining Standard Operational Procedures, forms and checklists for the activity programs and ensure that all procedures are adhered to.<\/p>\n
– To work well within in the team<\/p>\n
– Report any incidents or issues to manager<\/p>\n
– To ensure top customer service and handle customer complaints and report them to manager.<\/p>\n
