• Take ownership of customer issues reported until it is resolved.<\/li>\n
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.<\/li>\n
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.<\/li>\n
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.<\/li>\n
• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.<\/li>\n
• Respond to either first-line support or customer messaging queries via email, phone, or face-to-face.<\/li>\n
• Work with the messaging, IT, engineering directors, and support team to address any recurring technical issues.<\/li>\n
• Update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress, and required actions have been recorded.<\/li>\n
• Continuously improve knowledge and understanding across the various software and cloud technologies supported by the team.<\/li>\n
• Maintain a strong customer focus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • BS degree in information technology, computer engineering, or equivalent.<\/li>\n
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a dynamic work environment.<\/li>\n
  • Strong customer service approach and team player.<\/li>\n
  • Working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Good knowledge of messaging systems and protocols.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of SMPP protocol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
