The Sales Engineer responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

– Searching for new customers & travelling to visit potential customers.<\/p>\n

– Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Recording and maintaining customer contact data.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Managing and interpreting customer requirements.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Making technical presentations, demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs.<\/p>\n

– Persuading customers that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.<\/p>\n

– Assisting in the negotiation tender and contract terms.<\/p>\n

– Presenting customer quotations and closing sales. Requesting support from Sales Manager as required.<\/p>\n

– Promoting aftersales support services in conjunction with products sales offers.<\/p>\n

– Reporting to Sales Manager regularly on Customer visits and enquiry status.<\/p>\n

– Must be able to work in a structured manner.<\/p>\n

– Strong organizational skills to balance workload and prioritize effectively.<\/p>\n

– Must be highly motivated and efficient: a self-starter.<\/p>\n

– Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/p>\n

– Commercial fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.<\/p>\n

– Excellent computer skills.<\/p>\n
