Achieving Sales &Collection Targets\/Key Accounts Management-Dealers\/Modern Retail<\/p>\n

KEY ROLE-SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: <\/p>\n

Achieving sales of Consumer Electronics, Electrical Products, Watches, Appliances through designated Hyper Markets and Dealer Channel Partners.<\/p>\n

Collection of receivables from the MM\u2019s and dealer channel accounts.<\/p>\n

Dealer Network \/ Modern Retail Expansion.<\/p>\n

Maintaining sales records \/ MIS.<\/p>\n

Negotiating Promotions at the Hyper Markets \/ Dealers.<\/p>\n

Negotiate contracts and maintain market share of Omasco Products, Visibility of Products at shop floor.<\/p>\n

Reviewing sales performance vis a vis annual contracts.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: <\/p>\n

• A Bachelor\u2019s degree in any Discipline.<\/li>\n
• 7- 10 years\u2019 experience handling similar position preferably in consumer electronics industry.<\/li>\n

• Excellent negotiation skills.<\/li>\n
• Conversant with competition analysis and benchmarking.<\/li>\n
• Debtors Management.<\/li>\n
• Excellent data and trend Analysis.<\/li>\n
