Handling about 15% of all international e-commerce parcels inbound to Jordan, while covering the entire kingdom, including rural, remote, and border areas with its fleet, OTS manages delivery, storage, and fulfillment on behalf of critical couriers, government entities, and global e-commerce players.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u2022 Developing logistics business through new and existing customers, ensuring proper customer relationship management.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Driving the organization towards operational excellence by meeting the SLAs\/KPIs for all customers and clients.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage the operation team by developing new, customized solutions for customers.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Enhancing middle mile\/last mile operations through effective modeling\/analysis.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Improving operational SLAs through regular customer feedback and stakeholder engagement.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Conduct regular \u201cworkload distribution reviews\u201d for efficiency increase.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensuring customer's SLAs\/KPIs are met whilst reducing service failures in order to mitigate credit notes.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensuring awareness of warehouse staff on customized logistics procedures and requirements for new customers.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Resolving disputes reported by customers on any specific logistics failures.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage all orders with various departments such as the Clearance, and Logistics teams in resolving related issues to meet customer-requested ship date\/ delivery date.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to order and delivery.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Direct and follow-up with incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure prompt delivery to customers.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews with strategic customers.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business administration, Industrial engineering, or any relevant field.<\/p>\n

\u2022 3+ years of relevant working experience in courier, express, or hub management is a must.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent command of English & Arabic is a must.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong ability to team leadership, and multitask.<\/p>\n
