Projects and PR office. Assisting him when required and managing the office related tasks including his schedule with high level of accuracy, transparency, and synchronization. <\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
1. Calendar management for PM head and assisting him in intense complexed decisions by providing
accurate data timely.
2. Preparing and scheduling meetings
3. Making minutes of the meeting and broadcasting it to attendees present
4. Communicate on a regular basis with staff on pending work and status
5. Being able to multitask while responding to emails and business calls simultaneously
6. Being able to give appropriate response to related parties in absence of PM
7. Creating presentations and other management level reports as requested by the CTO and CEO
8. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
