• Collaborate to define the product vision, strategy, and business model based on a deep understanding of game design and engagement\/monetization mechanics.<\/li>\n
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.<\/li>\n
• Manage community support to improve customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
• Work closely with developers, translators, and design team to tailor games for the launching in the local market including everything needed for the app stores.<\/li>\n
• Analyze and increase game metrics and communicate key insights to the management team (acquisition, retention, engagement, monetization, and in-game currency balance).<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with the community support team to tailor the needs of the top whales in each of your games.<\/li>\n
• Work with marketing to run promotions, tournaments, and profitable user acquisition.<\/li>\n
• Implement customer-driven change in the game based on users\u2019 feedback.<\/li>\n
• Leverage live services tools and other sources of user feedback to identify user experience themes, prioritize issues, and communicate key takeaways to Product Managers and Developers to shape product direction.<\/li>\n
• Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas.<\/li>\n
• Recruit, train, and establish clear guidelines for new hires under your team by creating comprehensive onboarding plans.<\/li>\n
• Perform other duties, as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Job Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Gaming, Development, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in mobile gaming companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
