An Investment Analyst will gather information, perform research, write reports, data interpretation and analyze existing Company investments. The responsibilities are <\/p>\n

• Conduct preliminary assessment and evaluation of investment opportunities<\/li>\n
• Conduct macro-economic and sector research as part of the investment process<\/li>\n
• Effectively use research terminals such and Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Pitchbook etc.<\/li>\n
• Prepare data sets from available information<\/li>\n
• Conduct financial analysis with relevant insights and key highlights<\/li>\n
• Prepare financial forecasts and excel models for financial analysis and valuation<\/li>\n
• Conducting valuations using various methods DCF, Comparable companies, Precedent transactions<\/li>\n
• Prepare draft investment proposals\/reports for the Investment Committee<\/li>\n
• Participate and assist in due diligence exercise on potential investment opportunities<\/li>\n
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks related to investments team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Previous private and public equity, investment banking, accounting, or consulting experience preferred<\/li>\n
