OPTIMIZA is hiring!We are looking to hire a Technical Support \/Help Desk Team Leader with the below responsibilities and capabilities:\u2022 Responsible for end user\u2019s IT devices, such as PC\u2019s, Printers, and related equipment.\u2022 Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.\u2022 Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.\u2022 High level of knowledge with network support tools, fundamentals, and technology.\u2022 Resolved and provided guidance to engineers for escalated technical issues.\u2022 Participated in customer meetings for escalated issues to provide faster resolution.\u2022 Prepared and delivered technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.\u2022 Coached and trained seasonal and full-time support personnel in processing inbound calls from customers while maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction and exceeding department goals during peak call volumes.\u2022 Conducted quarterly performance evaluations, support call evaluations, and interviewed new tech support applicants. Requested qualifications:\u2022 Bachelor degree in computer science or any other related field. \u2022 4-5 years of experience as team leader.\u2022 Very good Command in English Language.\u2022 Very good communication skills.\u2022 Excellent Leadership and Team Building Skills.
