Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manages the fiscal operations of purchases, supplies, equipment and services at a favorable cost consistent with schedule and specifications.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Reviews and monitors budget to ensure quality standards and profit margins are met .<\/p>\n

\u2022 Works to develop cooperative relationships with vendors in order to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Supervises personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage the verification, operation and maintenance of inventory in the warehouse.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Plans, develops, recommends, negotiates and administers contracts and proposals. Evaluates and awards bids and proposals.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Negotiates with vendors for goods, negotiating best price and service guarantee.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develops and establish policies and procedures consistent with those of the Company to ensure efficient operation of assigned area. Ensures that purchasing business practices are compatible with Alyasra policies and state and federal laws.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develops, implements and maintains policies, objectives, short & long term planning to ensure that goals are met.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies. This includes both oral and writing skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Knowledge and ability to assess contract compliance and product\/service quality.<\/p>\n
