Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Direct all operational aspects including operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales<\/li>\n
2. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities<\/li>\n
3. Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans<\/li>\n
4. Meet branch financial sales objectives and metrics<\/li>\n
5. Manage branch budget and allocations<\/li>\n
6. Bring out the best of branch\u2019s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation<\/li>\n
7. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities<\/li>\n
8. Share knowledge with headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs<\/li>\n
9. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly<\/li>\n
10. Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations\/applicable laws<\/li>\n
11. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company<\/li>\n
12. Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration<\/li>\n
13. Provide Weekly\/Monthly\/Semi annual and Annual reports to Headquarter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Proven branch management experience, as a Financial Institution Manager or similar role for (10+) years.<\/li>\n
    2. BS in Business Administration\/ finance or related field<\/li>\n
    3. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices<\/li>\n
    4. Ability to meet sales targets and production goals<\/li>\n
    5. Familiarity with industry\u2019s rules and regulations<\/li>\n
    6. Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n
