Manage expectations between HR and Information Systems team<\/p>\n
Resourcing reporting\/metrics:<\/p>\n
Report to Information Systems Directors on recruitment plans and performance.<\/p>\n
Use key HR metrics to demonstrate performance of team<\/p>\n
Experience in using and setting up dashboards for reporting (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView)<\/p>\n
Sourcing and sifting best-in-class candidates:<\/p>\n
Prepare and maintain Job Descriptions for team.<\/p>\n
Search for potential candidates for roles.<\/p>\n
Manage the interviewers list and set interviews up where required.<\/p>\n
Good data management:<\/p>\n
Keep priority hires list up-to-date.<\/p>\n
Maintain the candidate and interview repositories.<\/p>\n
Best in-class interview process:<\/p>\n
