Support roll-out and implementation of the Corporate and Country Office monitoring and evaluation strategy <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in developing project and context specific monitoring plans that are risk-based and focus on measuring results.<\/li>\n<li>Support the roll-out the country office monitoring and evaluation tool (COMET) in field operations<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the revision of M&amp;E standards, processes and tools in consultation with relevant technical units and the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to M&amp;E knowledge management through written inputs for corporate and Country Office platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Provide quality assurance for monitoring and performance reporting processes and products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and provide comments to new projects and budget revisions as appropriate to ensure that acceptable indicators are selected for the log-frames, that output and outcome, targets are appropriate, and that quality M&amp;E systems are documented in programme documents.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure minimum M&amp;E standards and requirements for WFP operations are included in project documents.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure minimal M&amp;E budgets are allocated through quality assurance of M&amp;E components in relevant processes.<\/li>\n<li>Review programme reports (donor and corporate) and provide technical input and feedback to the programmes to enhance the quality of output and outcome reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Contribute to the development and revision of corporate strategic results framework:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the consultation of all relevant technical units to ensure that output and outcome indicators are reviewed periodically and modified based on measurement trends and feedback from the Country office<\/li>\n<li>Assist in organizing relevant Strategic Information Taskforce meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical assistance and support to new developments in the area of M&amp;E, including beneficiary counting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.
