• Administer, manage, configure the implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities on IBM Integration Bus, DataPower, MQ, MQ appliance and WebSphere. <\/li>\n
• Implement and deploy IT solutions to various business requirements and Production issues. <\/li>\n
• Conduct a thorough impact assessment and analysis of developed IIB and ODM solutions to ensure services stability and functionality in a timely and precise manner.<\/li>\n
• Plan and engage in disaster recovery activities on IIB, MQ Appliance, MQ and ODM. <\/li>\n
• Manage and solve incidents, tickets, problems and ensure timely and efficient support is provided. <\/li>\n
• Handle the required monitoring on Production services to ensure issues are detected at an early stage and provide a workaround or arrange for a permanent solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
