• Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
• Liaise with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals.<\/li>\n
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and schedule.<\/li>\n
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope and timelines to achieve maximum benefit.<\/li>\n
• Achieve organizational goals while upholding standards and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Daily and Monthly Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.<\/li>\n
  • Report project outcomes and\/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed\u2014escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.<\/li>\n
  • Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resources.<\/li>\n
  • Deepen partnerships with outside resources\u2014including third-party vendors and researchers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n
