Aid in the operational efficiency of the finance & accounting department, ensure balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n
Post journal entries, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, review entries and reconciliations, prepare cash forecasting statement, support month end closing, prepare reports and support in audits.<\/li>\n

Analyze balance sheets, income, cash flow statements, and other reports to assess accuracy.<\/li>\n
Be able to book invoices, bills and expenses in the system.<\/li>\n
Good understanding of GST, TDS payments and filing other relevant returns.<\/li>\n
Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements.<\/li>\n
Be able to handle vendor bookings and payments.<\/li>\n
Create bank reconciliation statements and categorization of bank transaction.<\/li>\n
Good experience in handling the book keepings<\/li>\n
Process the employee leaves and payrolls.<\/li>\n
Generate customer invoices and follow up.<\/li>\n
Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company.<\/li>\n
Understand and perform the financial closing activity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.<\/li>\n
Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments.<\/li>\n
Coordinate with the management and uphold the standard laws and regulations for monitoring, updating, and maintaining fiscal activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Eligibility Criteria<\/p>\n

3+ years of experience<\/li>\n
Expert and experienced in using Zoho Books software (mandatory)<\/li>\n
strong communication skills.<\/li>\n
bachelor\u2019s degree in any accounting stream.<\/li>\n
Enthusiastic candidate with an Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.<\/li>\n
Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.<\/li>\n
Strong communication and negotiation skills in partnership management and inter-department coordination.<\/li>\n
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.<\/li>\n
