This is a hands-on, fast paced, and dynamic role working for a progressive and reputed organization.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

-Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.<\/p>\n

-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.<\/p>\n

-Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.<\/p>\n

-Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.<\/p>\n

-Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.<\/p>\n

-Manage the onboarding process from start to end with new joiners.<\/p>\n
