• The position leads the entire sales process from client inquiries through client\u2019s payment collection phases.<\/li>\n
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability and take corrective action where necessary<\/li>\n
• Provide sales support, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, and identify new market and customer opportunities.<\/li>\n
• Review and analyze daily achievement report for sales team to ensure achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.<\/li>\n
• Follow up all outstanding invoices which are unpaid from all customers to ensure achieving collection targets on time.<\/li>\n
• Develop and maintain periodic reports on the status of all sales team, ensure activating new customers, and maintaining current ones to increase sales volume & market share.<\/li>\n
• Provide input on advertising and promotion materials. Recommend pricing programs to remain competitive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Bi-lingual (English plus Arabic) speaker is a must.<\/li>\n
  • Bachelor or higher in the field of engineering, marketing and business management.<\/li>\n
  • A Minimum of 7 years\u2019 senior\/managerial experience in retail and sales management particularly in the MEP field. <\/li>\n
  • Preferably with a minimum of 5 years of senior\/managerial experience with trading or contracting companies in Qatar.<\/li>\n
  • With strong ties in the field of MEP<\/li>\n
  • Results-driven, persistent – able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate.<\/li>\n
  • Analyzing sales staffs performances.<\/li>\n
