We are looking for an experienced IT product owner for E-commerce website that has a sharp business mind and a proven ability to manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with outstanding experience in managing a staff of different disciplines as well as vendors to produce results in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
\u2022 Coordinate internal resources and third parties\/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
\u2022 Manage the relationship with the client, third parties\/vendors, and all stakeholders.
\u2022 Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
\u2022 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
\u2022 Ensure resource availability and allocation.
\u2022 Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
\u2022 Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
\u2022 Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
\u2022 Report and escalate to management as needed.
\u2022 Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
\u2022 Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
\u2022 Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
\u2022 Use and continually develop leadership skills.
\u2022 Perform other related duties as assigned.
\u2022 Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.<\/p>\n

Qualifications
\u2022 Masters\u2019 or bachelor\u2019s degree in computer.
\u2022 PMP certification is required.
\u2022 Agile certification is strongly preferred (PMI-ACP, PSM, CSM).
\u2022 Proven 7-10 years of Project Management experience.
\u2022 Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.
\u2022 Prior experience in setting up project management policies and procedures for the department is highly regarded<\/p>\n
