outreach activities at the field level and ensuring participation of beneficiaries and partners in all phases of project implementation.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><strong>SCOPE OF ROLE: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports to:  <\/strong>Project Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Staff directly reporting to this post: <\/strong>60 Volunteers<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><strong>KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead effective community outreach programs to reach the most vulnerable refugee and Jordanian children out of existing education opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and analyze the data on out of school refugee and Jordanian children to enable effective outreach to families through community mobilization.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on data shared by MoE for drop outs and at risk of dropping out by assigned means (Calls, house visits, directorate meetings, schools\u2026etc).<\/li>\n<li>Lead community outreach-based approach that enables awareness-raising on assigned subjects.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for 60 volunteers to identify and refer refugee and Jordanian out of school children to Ministry of Education certified educational pathways.<\/li>\n<li>Work with local partners and engage with key community stakeholders to design and implement community mobilization, awareness-raising, and safe referrals.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct community outreach and mobilization on the opportunities of Non Formal Education programs offered by MoE in the targeted areas.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct localized door-to-door outreach and awareness raising for out of school children and Children with disability, caregivers, and the community on the formal and non-formal education opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training on mobilization and outreach to local partners and MoE staff.<\/li>\n<li>Work with partner CBO staff to conduct mobilization and outreach activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide orientation to members of civil societies (partners, CBOs and communities) to raise awareness about SC program goals, objectives and activities<\/li>\n<li>Conduct monitoring visits to the program sites to ensure the implementation of the activities on time and to achieve quality results<\/li>\n<li>Assist and follow up and compiling data for preparing required reports as well as participate in the preparation of the data for the M&amp;E requirements <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate effectively with support services (Communications, Finance, Logistics, \u2026etc) to ensure smooth delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Support communication and media team with success stories and news update and coordinate with local media representatives at the field level.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to the Child Safeguarding Policy and reporting procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of scale up of operations, crisis or
