Key responsibilities – Visits, cleans, maintains and refills on a daily basis all the coffee vending machines along it\u2019s route (minimum of 12 visits\/day). – Handles all client complains over the telephone in regards to it\u2019s vending machines on the same day. – Performs swift visit on location upon client complaint and ensures customer satisfaction; – Responsible to attend only emergency maintenance request on weekends; – Has to be responsible in traffic and maintain car in impeccable order. – Knowledgeable of technical and electronically aspects of a an appliance. – Capable of working with the company\u2019s built in app software – Follow up with team leader on the daily operations; – Ensures all calls and prospect clients queries are answered within agreed time scales and in an appropriate manner: i.e. : queries, requests, orders and complaints; – Escalates unresolved problems to higher management;<\/p>\n
