To analyze instruments \/ PLC\u2019s operating problems and to find proper solution and to implement to avoid repeated breakdowns<\/li>\n
To achieve 97% of machine utilization by minimizing breakdowns and to ensure KIMMCO quality assurance system requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Routine checking of running equipments in the plant and monitoring PLC, supervisory and HMI system performance.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Perform expansion projects automation system & modification works as per the plans and schedules.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Trouble shooting of PLC related equipment breakdowns. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Perform modifications on Supervisory, HMI and on PLC systems as per process requirements.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Report log book with 100% accuracy for all observations, breakdowns and action taken with full details, work achieved or in progress and suggestions to improve the efficiency of the equipments<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintain latest PLC, HMI and Supervisory software\u2019s<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintain minimum spare parts required for PLC and HMI systems.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Attend all breakdown calls within an hour after working hours and during holidays.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Completion of a college or university program in Instrumentation \/ Electronics engineering is required.<\/p>\n
