Overview of the role:<\/p>\n

Primary responsibility is to effectively handle sea freight documentation and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely sea freight operations procedures.<\/p>\n

What you will do: <\/p>\n

Efficient handling of customer service while coordinating with Internal and External clients<\/p>\n

Ensure accuracy in job registration, invoicing, costing, posting of costs, dispatch of documents, update tracker, closing of files on a timely basis<\/p>\n

Handle additional customers as and when need arises<\/p>\n

Ensure all clients rates are updated for internal and external customs and filed methodically<\/p>\n

Efficiently handling of client account and coordination with Agent offices worldwide as per client requirement<\/p>\n
