Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary after getting RO from planning dept. <\/p>\n

Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.<\/p>\n

Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates for all orders with suppliers <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.<\/p>\n

Negotiating prices and payments terms to get the best cash flow for Masria <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.<\/p>\n

Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes.<\/p>\n
