Main Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support Senior Manager – Marketing and Communications in setting the strategy for Media Relations and supporting with Social Media engagement and define acceptable levels of interactions. Work with the company's PR Agency to ensure best-in-class media relations\/media interactions. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Receive request from Media, engage with journalist and assess before drafting a response leveraging on FAQs and IPF or consulting with Senior Manager if the request is unique.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Draft the proposed response to the questions\/requests and share with Senior Manager for editing and comments. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Gather required data points for the interview from existing dashboards or via data extraction request. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate interview if request is approved.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Draft PR (through support of external agency) <\/p>\n
\u2022 Circulate PR to media channels (through PR agency)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Get media coverage\/media monitoring report from PR agency and share with Senior Manager.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Organize and manage events (in the company and in outside venues).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Create creative and professional presentations templates.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Leveraging the Creative brief, work internally and with agencies to finalize the campaign key messages.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Work internally and with agencies to finalize the most suitable channels to fit available budget and maximize campaign objectives in consultation with Senior Manager,<\/p>\n
\u2022 Leveraging the defined key messages and selected channels, work internally and with agencies to finalize the creative design.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Work to finalize media plan with agency, review, and approve by Senior Manager and CEO.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Initiate approved campaign \/ advertising plan and manage associates Pos and budgetary requirements.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor campaign performance from agency and share with Senior Manager.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Provide PMO after consultation with Senior Manager, with data to calculate marketing KPIs on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Review KPI performance on a monthly basis against targets and report shortfalls to Senior Manager.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Promote adoption of products for both direct customers and subscribers.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor and increase brand awareness and direct customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Help in design innovative marketing and communication visuals and messages. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Constantly monitor specialize marketing vendors\u2019 performance.<\/p>\n

Experience & Knowledge<\/p>\n

1. Minimum experience of 3 years in marketing. <\/p>\n
2. Relevant experience in marketing communications activities.<\/p>\n
3. Direct experience in managing visual design teams and delivering highly effective results.<\/p>\n
4. Direct experience in managing marketing agencies and social media communications.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Education & Skills<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent<\/p>\n
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Projects.<\/p>\n
3. Bilingual in Arabic and English.<\/p>\n
5. Strong teamwork management skills.<\/p>\n
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels.<\/p>\n
