A leading Real Estate Development company in (Riyadh) are looking for (Treasury Manager), To monitor and manage all tasks and activities associated with the Treasury Department, including cash management, credit control, liquidity planning, and control, management of interest, currency, banks relationship management and commodity risk, and determining the allocation of excess cash to investments, in order to ensure the availability of sufficient cash to fund the company\u2019s operations and to meet any financial obligations.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:
1. Developing the department\u2019s work plan and assigning related activities to serve the achievement of the division\u2019s objectives.
2. Participating in setting the objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the department that meets the set goals of the division.
3. Supervising the implementation of the department\u2019s plans, monitoring workflow, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
4. Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance objectives and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct supervisor.
5. Contributing to the division\u2019s budget by setting the department\u2019s budget, as well as monitoring and regulating the department\u2019s expenditures.<\/p>\n

Requirements:
\u2013 Preferably Saudi, or Arabs. in Riyadh
\u2013 Bachelor \/ Master degree. Finance, accounting, other related field.
\u2013 Certificates: CA \/ CMA \/ CFA \/ CPA
\u2013 Experience: 8 \u2013 10 years of experience in banking & real estate companies, which at least 3 years in a managerial position.
\u2013 Language: Arabic & English fluent.
\u2013 Has a solid relationship with local & GCC Banks.
\u2013 Worked in Banking and reputed real estate company, purely in Treasury.
\u2013 Has been in charge of initiating a Bank facility (local & international) in a real estate company.
\u2013 Good knowledge of Funds management real estate companies and requirements of capital market authority.<\/p>\n

Tech duties:
1. Managing cash management, by planning, monitoring, ensuring liquidity.
2. Managing capital structure, credit portfolio, interest rate, cost of capital, and dept position.
3. Managing financial risk, utilize hedging strategy to reduce risks related to asset values, interest rate, foreign currency exchange.
4. Setting up treasury requirements, letter of credit, LOG, Bank commission, restructuring.<\/p>\n

Budget is around SAR 40,000 + other benefits<\/p>\n
