Key Responsibilities & Authorities<\/h4>\n

-Follows up on delivery and receipt of international cargo\/ shipment<\/h4>\n

-Acts as a liaison between departments\/projects\/<\/h4>\n

managers regarding shipments<\/h4>\n

-Coordinates with Production regarding the readiness of tools for shipment -Coordinate with projects and production department to<\/h4>\n

set the timing for shipments<\/h4>\n

-Responsible for shipping documentation, attestation, and<\/h4>\n

coordination with freight forwarder\/cargo agents for<\/h4>\n

on-time dispatch -Keeps himself updated about customs rules and regulations in various destinations where Lin Scan ships<\/h4>\n

its tools<\/h4>\n

-Establishes good working relations with local of international forwarding agents to secure good control of<\/h4>\n

and company\u2019s shipments -Coordination of drivers<\/h4>\n

-Submit daily report<\/h4>\n

Skills\/Experience:<\/h4>\n

-1-2 years of experience in international shipments as a logistics officer.<\/h4>\n

-Bachelor\u2019s degree in industrial engineering. -Experience and good knowledge of the MENA market<\/h4>\n

(customers, systems, logistics providers)<\/h4>\n

-Excellent English language.<\/h4>\n
