Bidfood Middle East is looking to hire a commercial manager for its existing business in Amman, Jordan.<\/p>\n

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading the entire organization including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Supply Chain.<\/p>\n

The main responsibilities of the commercial manager will be to:<\/p>\n

1. Design and implement the long-term strategies of the business.<\/li>\n
2. Manage a multifunctional team across all the value chain.<\/li>\n
3. Grow the portfolio of brands.<\/li>\n
4. Manage all the financials of the business including revenue, profitability, OPEX, CAPEX investments, working capital, and cash flow.<\/li>\n
5. Manage partnerships with all stakeholders including brands, banks, logistics providers, government entities.<\/li>\n
6. Liaise closely with the regional Bidfood team on all operational decisions.<\/li>\n
7. Lead the digital transformation of the business.<\/li>\n
8. Must have a HORECA experience.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   The ideal candidate should have:<\/p>\n

   1. Excellent leadership skills.<\/li>\n
   2. At least 5 years in a senior managerial position.<\/li>\n
   3. At least 5 years' experience in Foodservice distribution companies in Jordan.<\/li>\n
   4. Strong financial knowledge.<\/li>\n
   5. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and digital integration processes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
