As a Marketing Coordinator you are responsible to assist the marketing & communications team in the organization with all matters related to correspondence and follow ups, both internal and external, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure all outgoing correspondence is distributed to the highest possible standards<\/p>\n

\u2022 Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and answer telephone calls and messages<\/p>\n

\u2022 Daily filing of correspondence and information by ensuring that all public relation files are updated and organized<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure all photos are placed in albums with the name of the function<\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist the Marketing & Communication Manager and executive in formulating all marketing collaterals including the hotel newsletter, direct mails, leaflets and handouts<\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist in handling events with the concerned departments within the hotel to make sure that all branding for sponsors is as agreed in contracts<\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible for all materials provided by the sponsors<\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist in maintaining an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national and international to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions<\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist in the production of all promotional material, including gathering of supporting data and collateral material<\/p>\n

\u2022 Take photographs of all internal functions, banquet and conference functions and VIP\u2019s<\/p>\n
