We are looking for a Sanitary and Landscape Senior Officer to join the Airport International Group \u2013 Queen Alia International Airport team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:<\/h4>\n

1.Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or any related field<\/h4>\n

2.At least 3 years of experience within a related field<\/h4>\n

3.Excellent knowledge and experience in landscape and irrigation<\/h4>\n

4.Excellent knowledge and experience in the treatment stages of wastewater treatment plants (WWTP)<\/h4>\n

5.Good knowledge and experience in environmental impact assessments, as well as sewage, irrigation and potable water network maintenance and electrical pump maintenance<\/h4>\n

6.Excellent knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI<\/h4>\n

7.Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical drawings<\/h4>\n

8.Proficiency in using measurement and water quality testing devices (flow meters, pressure, etc.)<\/h4>\n

Job Purpose: Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance measures for the abovementioned systems and utilities, while maintaining them in a good safe condition and ensuring their smooth operation<\/h4>\n

Principal Accountabilities:<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Implement and manage the Maintenance Program, including preventive and corrective maintenance, regular inspections and other related activities \u2013 as per relevant company processes, procedures and regulations<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Generate work orders and follow up on their implementation, content review and closing<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Optimize preventive maintenance scheduling to enhance employee productivity<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Prepare, follow up on and update action plans<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Prepare and follow up on purchase requisitions for maintenance materials<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Follow up on employee attendance and performance; report regularly to direct supervisor; and supervise, guide and train related section employees<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Oversee all work performed by outside contractors<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Apply all environmental, occupational health and safety standards and approved procedures<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Adhere to internal policies, procedures and work instructions, as well as national and international regulations<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Assist the department manager in spare parts list preparation and updating with the stores<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Assist the department manager in preparing the employee roster and overtime sheet<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Participate in annual budget drafting<\/h4>\n

\u00a7Implement any other tasks related to the job purpose assigned by management<\/h4>\n
