Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Participate as a key member of the core implementation team charged with successfully implementing and supporting an EHR system to our Customers; Hospitals and Clinics<\/li>\n
• A subject matter expert in the functionality of the electronic practice management and electronic medical records software.<\/li>\n
• Configure the electronic practice management and electronic medical records software in the most efficient manner.<\/li>\n
• Create, utilize and implement customized training curriculum to train and instruct the customer's staff on the use the features of the electronic practice management and electronic medical records software effectively.<\/li>\n
• Document implementation decisions and configuration approach<\/li>\n
• Directly and remotely support the customer's physicians and physician office staff in the use of the software.<\/li>\n
• Participate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new application modules and enhancements to existing applications.<\/li>\n
• Perform in-depth tests, including unit and integrated testing.<\/li>\n
• Correctly status and prioritize issues.<\/li>\n
• Resolve issues directly and remotely utilizing training and provided documentation.<\/li>\n
• Follow established escalation and notification procedures.<\/li>\n
• Provide regular status updates to project manager for all assigned tasks<\/li>\n

  • Have full exposure to Health Information Systems processes including Lab and Radiology Management Systems<\/li>\n
  • Previous experience with workflow analysis\/documentation, end-user training\/support and system testing<\/li>\n
  • Experience with instructional design and curriculum\/training material development<\/li>\n
  • 3+ years experience with EMR \/ EHR system assisting with system implementation and support required<\/li>\n
  • Candidates who worked as HIS system administrators can also apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
