\u2022 BSC. (engineering, Information Technology, computer science, or relevant field)<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Good knowledge of SQL, windows, and networks to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written, verbal, and clearly communicate complex stories.<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills.<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Ability to multi-task and progress multiple tasks in parallel.<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Experience with continuous integration and automated testing tools (i.e. Jenkins, Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter\u2026 etc.) is a plus<\/h4>\n
