Job Summary:<\/p>\n

The sales executive is responsible to ensure customers know someone\u2019s available to help if they need anything from answering product questions to showing them a product that meets their needs. The sales representative is responsible for maintaining the store\u2019s cleanliness and organized appearance, restocking items, and of course managing sales.<\/p>\n

Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\n
• Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.<\/li>\n
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items and provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing…)<\/li>\n
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.<\/li>\n
• Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.<\/li>\n
• Cross-sell products, upsell when appropriate; promote current sales, promotions, etc.
  Coordinate with the Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)<\/li>\n
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n
• Keep the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.<\/li>\n
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.<\/li>\n
• Help organize back stock and perform inventory counts.<\/li>\n
• Handle customer complains in a calm and professional manner.<\/li>\n
• Take direction from and report to assigned supervisor.<\/li>\n
• Provide customer feedback to the assigned supervisor.<\/li>\n
• Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
