- B.Sc. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field<\/li>\n
- Professional Certificate in Human Resources from an international accreditation body is preferred<\/li>\n
- 10 years of experience in HR functions with minimum 5 years in managing Time and Attendance<\/li>\n
- Experience in a high-volume, customer-service-oriented environment<\/li>\n
- Experience of delivering results through cross-functional working<\/li>\n
- Knowledge of the Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security Law<\/li>\n
- Knowledge of principles of management<\/li>\n
- Advanced HR functions knowledge<\/li>\n
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate problems into operational and sustainable solutions.<\/li>\n
- Strong organizing and planning skills<\/li>\n
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n
- Excellent command in English language<\/li>\n
- Ability to develops team members<\/li>\n
- Ability to set and manage priorities and meet deadlines<\/li>\n
- Ability to manage and implement projects<\/li>\n
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
