Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n

\u2022 Work with the Customer Insights Technology (CIT) team and clients to build and maintain the functional aspects of MS Dynamics CRM including but not restricted to analysis, design, estimation, development of business requirements.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support the design of service desk, sales, marketing and business processes for improved customer and user experience.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support use of CRM from mobile devices, outlook integration, dashboard\/reports and overall configuration<\/p>\n

\u2022 Implement business process activities\/enhancements on CRM ensuring maximization of out-of-box features<\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare presentation packs to showcase the conceptual deliveries on hand<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop and maintain strategy for reports\/dashboards. Dashboard\/Report development using CRM Dashboard functionality, Power BI, SSRS etc<\/p>\n

\u2022 Participate in the set-up of all environments including production.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Work closely with QA team (where applicable) for SIT and with business for UAT<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support the training of new team members on existing business processes and required tools<\/p>\n

\u2022 L2\/L3 troubleshooting of Dynamics CRM<\/p>\n

\u2022 Functional Documentation and Knowledge base ownership<\/p>\n

\u2022 Demonstrate clear understanding of how different aspects of the D365 Microsoft suite can be utilized to meet organisations objectives<\/p>\n

\u2022 Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture<\/p>\n
