The Marketing Executive is responsible for the support and development of the company\u2019s ongoing and new campaigns and strategies, contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies, whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. <\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Assist the line managers on planning and developing marketing activities.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Proactively coordinate with the Product Managers, identify the needs and come up with proposals for marketing activities for UAE and Gulf every beginning of vendors\u2019 Quarter.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Contribute with creative marketing ideas. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure that the activities\u2019 descriptions and goals are set very clearly. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Set clear ROI to achieve from the activities planned.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide accurate budget needed for activities\u2019 execution during the planning and manage the activities accordingly.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Responsible for getting all the information, putting all the activities in the portal and collecting all the info for the claims by the end of each Quarter.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Execute marketing activities in line with Logicom brand identity.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Keep track of the budget utilized for the activities. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Manage and develop Ecommerce platform: manage ecommerce meetings, put promotions in the portal, create a monthly newsletter with the promos.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Complete the brand\u2019s budget sheet with all the information and share it with the Manager within 20 working days upon completion of each Quarter.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Prepare a report showing which were the successful activities and how we can improve within 20 days upon completion of the Quarter.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Complete all the claims 30 days upon completion of each Quarter.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Follow up on the payment of the partners\/suppliers within max 30 days or inform the manager for any bottlenecks before the deadline.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Each project should be fully completed within a month upon end of the Quarter.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Responsible for all the vendor email campaigns.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Create content for social media channels to drive web traffic, generate awareness and other business objectives; social media content calendar every 15 days (content to be approved by the Manager).<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Responsible for the PR initiatives (approvals for interviews etc.).<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Work effectively with Head Office Marketing team members and the vendors\u2019 marketing contacts <\/p>\n

Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n
\u00b7 University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or other Business related field. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 At least 2 years of Marketing experience (Experience in marketing within the IT Industry will be an advantage).<\/p>\n
\u00b7 The capacity to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment. <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of brands.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ability to implement comprehensive marketing goals, strategies, and plans <\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work under tight deadlines is needed<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and methodologies<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Excellent knowledge of the English language<\/p>\n
