#Duties and #Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\u25aa\ufe0fConduct literature reviews
\u25aa\ufe0fCollect and analyze data
\u25aa\ufe0fPrepare materials for IRB Committee review
\u25aa\ufe0fPrepare interview questions, recruit and\/or interview subjects if requested
\u25aa\ufe0fProvide ready access to all data for the department staff
\u25aa\ufe0fPrepare, maintain, and update website materials (Cancer Dashboard)
\u25aa\ufe0fSupervise undergraduate students working on the projects (maintaining records on assignment completion, acting as liaison\/mediator between the undergraduate students and the faculty researcher)
\u25aa\ufe0fAttend meetings scheduled by department chairman
\u25aa\ufe0fAttend area seminars and other meetings as necessary
\u25aa\ufe0fPrepare progress reports requested by pediatric staff and\/or department chairman.
\u25aa\ufe0fPrepare other articles, reports, and presentations
\u25aa\ufe0fMonitor budget of department projects
\u25aa\ufe0fExtract patient clinical data from patient files and\/or electronic medical record system.
\u25aa\ufe0fPerforms any other related duties as required by the direct supervisor.<\/p>\n

#Education & Professional #Experience (essential minimum requirement):<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Medical records, Pharmacy or Nursing.<\/p>\n

Two years of experience for a Bachelor degree holder<\/p>\n

Familiarity with basics of medical statistics.<\/p>\n

Experience in a large health delivery system in leading projects and initiatives<\/p>\n

English technical writing of memos, reports, and plans that will be presented to senior management boards.<\/p>\n

Excellent Communication Skills.<\/p>\n
