Job Purpose:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsible for supervising and overseeing security functions at company premises\/and projects, ensuring compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

• Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks\/reception.<\/li>\n
• Supervise and maintain the security responsibilities & activities.<\/li>\n
• Prepare and conduct training for all security guards (new hires and current staff) including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics.<\/li>\n
• Provide and implement security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.<\/li>\n
• Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.<\/li>\n
• Traverse various areas of the facility to conduct inspections and plan security procedures.<\/li>\n
• Provide specialized security for all assigned premises and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas as per internal procedures.<\/li>\n
• Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.<\/li>\n
• Identify threats and respond immediately to all incidents.<\/li>\n
• Focus simultaneously on surroundings and people with High attention to detail.<\/li>\n
• Prevent or detect intrusion, unauthorized entry or activity, vandalism, or trespass on company property.<\/li>\n
• Prevent or detect of theft, loss, embezzlement, misappropriation or concealment of merchandise, money, notes, valuables, documents, or papers.<\/li>\n
• Protect employees, visitors and all individuals from bodily harm.<\/li>\n
• Ensure ongoing compliance to the standards of ISO and recommend continual improvement to the safety management system.<\/li>\n
• Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred. <\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 6 years of related security experience required.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in static environments and experience in mobile environments.<\/li>\n
  • Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English language and other language (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam ) would be an added value.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work with confidential and classified information.<\/li>\n
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.<\/li>\n
  • Physical Appearance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Muscular endurance must be proficient and must have a balanced, healthy, and athletic build. Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.<\/p>\n
