We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
\u2022 Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
\u2022 Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary.
\u2022 Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
\u2022 Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer queries.
\u2022 Work on projects to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
\u2022 Conduct phone surveys with customers and collect data that assess on decision making.
\u2022 Understand and strive to meet or exceed customer service metrics while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
\u2022 Bachelor's degree in Business administration or in any related field
\u2022 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
\u2022 Good command of English Language (writing & speaking)
\u2022 Excellent verbal communication skills
\u2022 Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
\u2022 Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
\u2022 Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
NOTE: Having a car is a must.
