• Study technical and operational manuals of equipment<\/li>\n
• Plan the installation process of new equipment at customer site<\/li>\n
• Install and run equipment according to the factory requirements and conditions<\/li>\n
• Install and run auxiliary computers from scratch (MS Windows, setup and networking)<\/li>\n
• Inspect and solve any error or problem to be faced during machine run<\/li>\n
• Perform training of equipment after installation completion<\/li>\n
• Visit customer site to do regular maintenance and in case of emergency call<\/li>\n
• Maintain customer satisfaction all the time<\/li>\n
• Understanding customers and the customer\u2019s needs<\/li>\n
• Report on daily bases for the hours spent in work at customer with detailed job has been done<\/li>\n
• Prepare a list of spare parts required to be ordered from factory<\/li>\n
• Communicate with manufacturing company for unsolved problems, updates, recalls and any machine modifications<\/li>\n
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers<\/li>\n
