What You'll Be Doing:<\/p>\n

• Support in maintaining and updating project database, ensuring it always has accurate and up to date information<\/li>\n
• Work with Project Managers\/others concerned in drafting project profiles (for ME region), compile the related attachments and upload the same in to the database after the necessary approvals<\/li>\n
• Handlin projects database maintenance with any updates on the ongoing projects in the Middle East in coordination with the PM\/concerned<\/li>\n
• Updating and uploading CV\u2019s of existing employees as applicable, this will require talking to the staff and guiding them through and support as needed<\/li>\n
• Support the bid teams\/concerned as needed in filtering and retrieving the required projects\/CV\u2019s from the database for inclusion in PQ\u2019s\/ bids<\/li>\n
• Arrange to obtain information on projects\/CV\u2019s from other regions from relevant contacts<\/li>\n
• Support in preparation of EOI\u2019s\/PQ\u2019s\/bids as required<\/li>\n
• Support in completing prequalification questionnaires for new and existing Customers<\/li>\n
• Any other administrative tasks as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What Required Skills You'll Bring:<\/p>\n

  • Diploma\/degree in any field<\/li>\n
  • Minimum five years experience in an administrative support\/coordination role<\/li>\n
  • Should possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word, excel, power point)<\/li>\n
  • Ability to laisse with a team and multiple stakeholders within the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
